Start by visiting the Meiji Shrine and contemplate its architecture; which despite being rebuilt after the WWII raids, still retains a traditional air. Behold its impressive 12-metre wooden torii gate as you walk through the entrance into a lush location blooming with seasonal flora.

From here we drive by the Japanese Government centre, the National Diet Building, on our way to the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace. This is one of Tokyo’s great hidden locations featuring a memorable Japanese garden filled to the brim with seasonal flowers. Next, we make our way to Senso-Ji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street. Of the 33 temples in Eastern Japan dedicated to the Goddess Kannon, Asakusa Kannon is the only one in the capital. Visit this historic area which includes Nakamise-Dori, the street leading to the temple where colourful souvenirs and large paper lanterns might catch your eye.

We drive through Ginza, Tokyo’s dazzling luxury shopping area before having lunch on the top floor of the Hotel Shiba Yayoi overlooking the colourful Hamarikyu Gardens. Hop aboard the Symphony, ready for a 50-minute cruise around Tokyo Bay and end the afternoon at Aqua City Odaiba, one of the main shopping areas of the Tokyo Waterfront City, and a drive-by Rainbow Bridge for views over the bay and skyline.

Discover a great cultural and geographic icon of Japan: Mount Fuji. Considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, this perfectly symmetrical volcanic cone is located just a few hours’ drives away from the capital, in the heart of the Japanese countryside. At its base, you will find the area of Fuji Five Lakes and the Oshino ponds. Visit all this and more with this adventurous day trip

After an early start, you will begin your adventure at “LOVE” statue monument at Shinjuku, where a comfortable bus will transport you to Lake Kawaguchi, an obligatory stop, not only as it is the only one of the Five Lakes that has an island, but on windless days, it reflects the silhouette of Mount Fuji in its waters like a mirror!

From here you will visit the eight Oshino ponds, which collect its water from the many natural springs in the area. Take a stroll, whilst enjoying the incredible views on offer before visiting a nearby Japanese garden, where you can take a picture with a ninja.

After a traditional Japanese lunch, or free time (depending on your chosen option) you will go to the 5th Station of Mount Fuji, an area with beautiful views of the slopes and exceptional views of Mount Fuji. As you make your way back to the capital, you will make a stop at Fuji Airways, a 4D experience designed with the latest in Japanese technology.

Experience this walking tour with a very knowledgable guide. The tour begins with the Guide picking you up from your staying hotel in Tokyo 23 wards, and take you to Nezu Museum, one of the biggest and most historical museums in Tokyo.


Starting point: Pick up service is available in the hotel located in Tokyo 23 wards.

End point: The Tour will finish near the Nezu Museum.

The museum which is surrounded by immense Japanese style garden showcases a private collection of pre-modern Japanese and East Asian art. Enjoy exploring with a local, licensed, informative, and professional guide!
